Their services
Every six seconds, someone calls the Samaritans for help. They can help if you ever need to talk to someone about anything that is troubling you, no matter how small it may seem. Their service is completely free of charge, and available day and night. Their trained advisors will:
- Listen without pressure or judgement, and won’t tell you what to do
- Treat anything you say as confidential - information will not be passed on without your permission

If you are not confident in English, ask someone who can speak English to help you call Samaritans and book an appointment with an advisor and interpreter:
- For immediate advice - call their helpline free of charge, 24/7
- For face to face advice - drop in to a centre or call to book an interpreter
- Check before you visit - many organisations are running remote or limited services because of Coronavirus
