Their services
Haringey Council provides local services and facilities in the area from schools and libraries, to parking and rubbish disposal. They provide support to local residents on a wide range of issues including:
- Housing - help with the costs of housing, and support for people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness
- Council tax relief - help with the costs of council tax
- Free school meals and clothing grants - help with the costs of schooling
- Information about community groups, events and activities
- Other enquiries - from parking permits to reporting a problem with a local roads

Haringey Council has a number of departments in charge of different services. If you’re unsure of who to turn to, drop in to Customers Services:
- If you are not confident in English, ask someone who can speak English to accompany you
- Enjoy their additional services - free computers and internet to access council services, and self service payment kiosks to pay your council tax
- Check before you visit - many organisations are running remote or limited services because of Coronavirus
