Their services
The Eastern European Resource Centre (EERC) offers information, advice and support to people from Central and Eastern Europe. Their trained advisors only ask for information that will help to solve your problem, and will not share any details without your permission. Their services are free of charge to people in need, and are available in various languages with advance booking. They include support with:
- Housing - for people at risk of homelessness
- Employment - to resolve problems in the workplace, work training opportunities and help to find work
- Immigration and filling forms - their advisors are OISC accredited, which means they’re qualified to give immigration advice
- Financial support - including help to apply for government support, debt management advice
- Family law advice - one-off, 30-minute advice for people who cannot get advice from high street solicitors

If you are not confident in English, there are advisors who can support you in Polish and other Central & Eastern European languages
- You will need to book this in advance
- Check before you visit - many organisations are running remote or limited services because of Coronavirus
