Their services
Haringey Migrant Support Centre welcomes migrants who need advice on a specific issue, or simply want to enjoy a hot meal and meet other locals! Their trained advisors only ask for information that will help to solve your problem, and will not share any details without your permission. Their advice services are free of charge and can be offered in various languages with advance booking. They can help you with:
- Immigration - they are OISC registered which means they are qualified to give immigration advice
- Money - advice and help to apply for government financial support (benefits)
- Housing - help to find a home and resolve problems with landlords
- Health - help to access to health services
- Other general enquiries - such a form filling and registering with services
- Signposting - if they can’t help you, they will direct you to an organisation who can!
Get in touch
If you are not confident in English, you can ask for an interpreter but you must do this in advance, and this is not guaranteed
- Waiting times can be lengthy - priority is given to people who have a greater need, for example, they are at risk of homelessness
- Have your documents to hand to get the best support from advisors e.g. papers relating to housing
Check before you visit - many organisations are running remote or limited services because of Coronavirus

- For initial advice - drop in to a session that takes place on alternate Mondays, 11am-1pm
- For further advice - you will need an appointment which can be made by an advisor during the drop-in session
